A perception of Zouk Mikael

The city of Zouk Mikael took its name from the Turkish word “souk” which means market. This “souk” has been experiencing trades since the beginning of the 20th century. As a tradition, today each year in the summer the streets of Zouk Mikael become the meeting of all kinds of merchants; the ancient “souk” will experience expositions of traditional clothing, food and antiques.
