General policy

Since the beginning of time, housing accommodation was the major necessity in each civilization, it was developed through time to reach nowadays one of the most important issues in family life.

That's the source of our general policy "secure decent homes for all categories of purchasers". The establishment started investing in large complexes in which all sizes of apartments and duplexes are offered at very well studied prices with long-term credit facilities.

Our strategy is based on good sales plan assisted with a very follow-up cost studies in execution plan of the project at all stages of work.

Customer Services section assists the purchasers from the date of the signature of the contract by providing free architect's consultations in interior changes (colors, decoration etc. ...) and never stops even after the house delivery.

Finally a happy and satisfied purchaser is our Big Investment.
