Why Parc des Oliviers?

The name "Parc des Oliviers" is inspired from the olive trees existing on the construction site. One of the characteristics of an olive tree is that if it is isolated carefully from its terrain it could be safely replanted later on.

In order to maintain the cultural heritage provided by these olive trees, we have used this process in the excavation stage to replant them when the project is to be delivered. You can clearly notice the project's concept that is based on the traditional Lebanese village. A beautiful combination of red brick tiles, white stone facades and "promenades" form the notion of "Parc des Oliviers”.
