About Us

Abdel Massih Group was founded in 1950 by Chehade Abdel Massih in Beirut, Lebanon. The first residence project was launched in Boushrieh, in the northern suburb of Beirut city. Different successful projects followed, filling the increasing demand for apartments and offices in the area.

The 1975 war in Beirut, pushed the new projects outside of the Capital, towards the quiet areas.

The same years witnessed a new generation taking over. Architect Charbel Abdel Massih, son of the founder took over in 1975 in a dynamic and changing vision. The now versatile company took off by designing and implementing projects to third parties executing hundreds of thousands of square meters.

In the early 1990's we were the first to offer credit facilities to our customers that reached a period of five years. Today we are providing housing loans for up to 15 years.

In 2005 the family owned business welcomed Architect Chehade Abdel Massih, representing the third generation of Real Estate developers who are committed to our strategic plan and objective: Building appropriate apartments at affordable prices and with easy payments.
