The real estate work is a family history that began in Lebanon since 1950 with the real estate company ABDEL MASSIH, from the name of its founder: Chehade ABDEL MASSIH. Its first residence project started at Boushrieh, in the northern suburb of Beirut city. Different successful projects followed. Studied locations and deluxe apartments helped the company to satisfy customer needs. Many projects were executed for that purpose in different areas of the Capital and its Southern suburb.

The events that took place in 1975 pushed the new projects outside the Capital towards the quiet areas.

The same years witnessed a new generation taking over. The Engineer Architect Charbel Abdel Massih, son of the founder took over in 1975 in dynamic and changing policies. The study bureau of the establishment achieved then, projects complex to third parties executing hundred thousands of square meters.

A new sales system was born further to the housing crisis caused by war effects in different Lebanese areas.

In the early 1990's the establishment started building housing complexes that offered to the purchaser the option to pay in credit facilities within a period of five years. Today our organization offers credit facilities up to 15 years.

Our Objective threw out the years was and will always be: Building appropriate apartments for each customer at affordable prices and with easy payments.
